Our crew has been installing floors in Metro East homes for years. You won't get a revolving door of subcontractors you've never met.

Every Floor We Sell, Our Crew Installs
Most of what we do is residential, and luxury vinyl and carpet are the floors we install most often. We also take care of hardwood installation, laminate installation, tile installation, and sheet vinyl, along with floor repair when the room doesn't need a whole new floor. If you want a remnant turned into a finished rug, our carpet binding service handles the edges in-house.
Carpet
Bedrooms, living rooms, basements, and stairs. We match the pad to the carpet, keep seams out of the walk paths, and finish the edges so they do not fray.
Hardwood
Solid and engineered hardwood, with time built in for acclimation and a close look at the subfloor before the first board goes down. We install hardwood. We do not refinish it.
LVP
Luxury vinyl plank is the floor we sell and install most often. It handles kitchens, basements, and busy family rooms, and it clicks together only after the floor underneath is flat.
Laminate
Laminate installation is the practical wood look when hardwood is more than the budget allows. It needs a flat subfloor and the right expansion space, and our crew builds both into the job.
Tile
Ceramic and porcelain for baths, entries, and kitchens. Layout, cuts, and grout are part of the same visit, so you are not left with a half-finished floor.
Stair Carpet
Stairs take more wear than any other floor in the house. We install carpet runners and full stair sets with a tight fit on each tread so the steps stay safe and look finished.
Real Floors From Real Metro East Homes
Here are a few jobs our installers wrapped up for homeowners in our area. These are the actual before and after photos, so you see the finished floor, not just a sample board.
Living Room LVP Installation: COREtec Marsh Oak
This living room had a medium-brown wood-look floor that had taken on plenty of everyday wear. The homeowner wanted a floor that felt warmer and was easier to care for, while still keeping the look of wood.
We installed COREtec Plus Plank in Marsh Oak, a luxury vinyl plank with a light oak grain and warm brown tones. The room already had sage green walls, a beige sofa, and a patterned armchair. The lighter flooring helped brighten the space and worked well with the existing colors. Once the installation was finished, the TV stand, bookcase, and side tables were all put back in place.
Luxury vinyl plank is a practical choice for a busy living room because it can handle everyday spills, pet nails, and the foot traffic between the front door and kitchen. If you're also considering real hardwood, our hardwood vs. luxury vinyl plank comparison explains the main differences to help you compare your options.
Before: living room with the original wood-look floor.
After: COREtec Plus Plank in Marsh Oak, installed wall to wall.
Kitchen and Laundry LVT Installation: COREtec Embra Slate
For this project, we installed COREtec Plus Tile in Embra Slate. It has a dark gray slate look with a subtle stone pattern and a soft texture that catches the light.
In the kitchen, the tile runs under the island and along the honey-oak cabinets. The darker color works well with the warm wood and helps hide everyday marks around the sink and back door.
We carried the same flooring into the laundry room, where it works well next to the washer and dryer. The water-tolerant surface makes it a practical choice for a space where spills and moisture are part of everyday life.
Stair Carpet Installation: Shaw Vintage Revival in Wrought Iron
When we started this project, the staircase was still in the middle of a makeover. Some of the treads were painted black, the risers were white, and blue tape was still around the edges. Carpet had only been installed on the landings.
The painted wood looked nice, but it could also feel slippery and showed every little mark.
We installed Shaw Vintage Revival carpet in Wrought Iron as a runner on the main staircase and lower steps. The charcoal carpet has a small geometric pattern that adds some detail without being too busy. We kept the black railing and newel posts, while the carpet covers the walking surface and the painted risers remain visible. The pattern was lined up from step to step for a clean, finished look.
Our Flooring Installation Process, Start to Finish
You should not have to guess what happens between the showroom visit and the day the furniture goes back. Here is the order we follow.
Commercial Flooring Installation for Local Businesses
Homes are most of what we do. We do take commercial work when the schedule and the product fit, usually smaller offices, shops, and local buildings rather than large institutional jobs.
Tell us the space and the hours you need the floor down, and we will say honestly whether we are the right crew for it.
Pick Your Floor Before We Install It
Every floor we install starts in the showroom. These are the lines we carry, and the pages where you can see them before you come in.
- Carpet for bedrooms, family rooms, and stairs, in the textures and patterns we keep on the floor.
- Luxury vinyl in plank and tile, including COREtec, for kitchens, basements, and the busiest parts of the house.
- Hardwood when you want real wood and you are ready for the care that comes with it.
- Laminate for a wood look that costs less than hardwood and installs as a floating floor.
- Tile and stone for baths, entries, and any room that sees water every day.
- Area rugs and custom sizes when wall-to-wall is more than the room needs.
- Flooring brands we stand behind, including Shaw, COREtec, and the other names on our floor.
What Edwardsville Homeowners Are Saying
The best read on our installation work is from people who already had us in their house. We keep reviews on the site so you can see the pattern, not a single highlight.
Read what our customers are saying before you book a measurement. We would rather you hear it from them.

Your Flooring Installation Questions, Answered
Most of our Metro East jobs land somewhere between $3 and $15 per square foot, installed. Carpet and sheet vinyl usually sit at the lower end. Hardwood and tile cost more because the prep takes longer. Your subfloor and any furniture moving change the number too, so book a free measure and we'll price your actual rooms.
Yes. Carpet installation, hardwood installation, LVP installation, laminate installation, and tile installation are all jobs our crew handles, along with luxury vinyl tile and sheet vinyl. Luxury vinyl and carpet are what we install most. We sell it in the Edwardsville showroom and the same team schedules the install, so you are not handed off to a stranger after you pick a sample.
A single room of carpet or luxury vinyl plank is often done in a day. Stairs, tile, and multi-room jobs take longer, sometimes two or three days, and longer still if the subfloor needs work. We give you the timeline when we schedule. Material lead times sit on top of that, and we share those before the deposit.
No. We do not refinish hardwood, and we do not have interior designers on staff. If the existing hardwood is past a simple repair, we can talk through a new hardwood installation or a wood-look luxury vinyl plank that fits the budget. We would rather say that plainly than take a job we do not do.
Tell us what is in the room when we measure. We plan furniture moving into the job when it is part of the scope, and we talk through old-floor removal before installation day so you are not left with a pile of carpet in the garage. If something heavy needs a different plan, we will say so at the estimate, not after we arrive.
We serve Edwardsville and about a 25-mile radius across the Metro East, including Glen Carbon, Collinsville, Troy, Maryville, O'Fallon, Belleville, and Alton. If you are near the edge of that circle, call 618-656-7788 and we will confirm the address before we book a measurement. We would rather check once than send a crew to a town we do not cover.
Someone should be there at the start so we can walk the rooms, and at the end so you can look at the floor with us. You do not have to stand over the crew all day. If you have pets or a room we should not enter, tell us when we schedule. Most Edwardsville jobs run during showroom hours, Monday through Saturday.
