“My first experience with Vallows was about
17-18 years ago. We had vinyl laid in the kitchen and dining
only to notice after the installation there was a small
flaw. Mr. Vallow came out with the floor rep and insisted
the entire floor be replaced, not just the flawed area. All
the carpet and tile since then has come from Vallows because
of their service and I also feel I am getting a good price.
It takes me many trips to the store to find the carpet I
like. No matter how many times I came in and took out a
different sample, all the staff was very patient, friendly
and helpful in both the showroom and outlet. I also like the
fact some of the faces are the same over many years.
